Refund policy
1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within this 14-day period.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
2. Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- Items should be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Return Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
In such cases:
- We will cover the cost of return shipping
- Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item
- Evidence (such as photos) may be required
This is in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item (or proof of return), we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days
Original delivery costs will be refunded where required by law. Any upgraded delivery options (e.g. express shipping) are non-refundable.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items sealed for hygiene reasons (such as earrings or personal care products) once unsealed
